I was interested in this book because of the subject matter, but after reading it and looking into it I was disturbed at how generic it was based upon the rich spider-man/venom history. The book focused on aspects of the disappointing movie and provided little if nothing to the comic history of the conflict. Although the author reflected on the lackluster performance of venom in spider-man 3, little was done to assert venom as a mainstream creation of the spider-man universe. I gained more Venom information from playing the game Maximum Carnage.Product details

I enjoyed this book. It took me into spiderman's world. The author does a good job of keeping the readers glued to the book till the end. It is well written and I will watch for future books from this author.
